IndiaRAM Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between IndiaRAM.com (“Platform”) and the undersigned individual or entity (“Member”). By executing this Agreement, the Member agrees to be bound by the standards of professional conduct, data integrity, and ethical practice required for membership in the IndiaRAM.com
1. Nature of Membership
Membership provides access to the IndiaRAM Intelligence Network, allowing the Member to showcase vetted assets to prospective HNI/NRI clients and access proprietary market research and growth resources. This Agreement does not create an employment or partnership relationship between the Company and the Member.
2. Standards for Property/Asset Submission
As a Member, you agree to:

Quality Threshold: Submit high quality assets without any major flaws or red flags.

Data Accuracy: Ensure all title records, site descriptions, and infrastructure catalysts are factually accurate.

Full Disclosure: Disclose any material defects, legal disputes, or title encumbrances.

RAM Alignment: Present assets in accordance with the RAM (Real Estate, Assets, Markets) framework, prioritizing professional investment analysis over speculative marketing.
3. Membership Fees & Terms

Fees: The Member agrees to pay the annual membership fee corresponding to their selected tier.

Fee Lock: Members in the Founding (1–50) and Elite (51–100) tiers are entitled to a 3-year fee lock, after which the fee will adjust to the standard rate of ₹50,000 per annum.

Non-Refundable: Membership fees are annual and non-refundable, as they provide immediate access to proprietary intelligence, listing privileges, and professional network resources.
4. Conduct & Ethics

Responsiveness: Members must acknowledge and respond to inquiries directed through the IndiaRAM platform within 3 business days. Late responses for client inquiries will gradually reduce a Member’s quality score in our system. However, delay in responses will not be a cause for termination of membership.
- Professionalism: Members agree to act in the best interest of the HNI/NRI investors (clients) and to maintain the reputation of the IndiaRAM network (platform).

Ethics: IndiaRAM reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for any wilful misrepresentation of facts related to properties/assets, unauthorized use of client data, or any ethical misconduct that harms IndiaRAM or its members and clients.
5. Proprietary Rights
All investment briefs, ROI analyses, and SWOT reports generated by IndiaRAM remain the intellectual property of IndiaRAM. The Member is granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the specific assets listed on the IndiaRAM platform.
6. Due Diligence Disclaimer
IndiaRAM serves as a market intelligence and property sourcing platform. Members acknowledge that all final due diligence — including legal title audits and physical inspections— is the responsibility of the buyer and their independent legal counsel.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for any breach of these terms.
Execution
